My order is late or never arrived. Now what?
-- Enter your tracking number from the confirmation email into our “track your package” tab. If it looks like your package has been lost, send us an email and we will investigate the issue.
I would like to return my order.
-- If you want to return something unopened that you purchased in the last 30 days, we can help you out. We offer returns in the US only, and it’s up to the customer (that’s you) to pay for return shipping costs. Contact us and we’ll get the process rolling.
How long does it take for returns to be processed?
-- We’ll issue you a refund once we receive the returned goods at our warehouse. From there, your refund will take about a week to show up in your account.
I’d like to cancel my order.
-- Sounds like you goofed. You can cancel the order using the link in your confirmation email. You have 30 minutes to do so. After that, it’s too late.

I Pre-ordered the game and would like to get refund.
-- We're sorry but pre-orders cannot be refunded. This is because we have already began making the game for you. You will enjoy the game once you receive it.
My game arrived damaged.
-- That’s unfortunate. Please, send us a photo of the damage goods and we’ll resolve the issue.
One of my cards is damaged. Can you replace it?
-- Unfortunately, we can’t do anything about this. At least the game arrived with other cards that weren’t damaged!
I misplaced the game I just bought. Can you send me another one?
-- Unfortunately, we do not cover any lost or stolen items. View all of your friends social media stories. Perhaps, they’re playing the game without you.
